Nancy: *Kendric had gotten half of her tail free when he had to stop and curled around her again, the force of the wave tore the rest of her tail out of the sand and dragged them both further up shore.
They were separated when Kendric let go in a moment of pain, separated by a few feet. She cried out and she tried to crawl back to him, a stick in her side making it difficult and painful.*
